Clinical Education Coordinator

Coordinator, Clinical Education Join our life‑saving team at PHI Health, the leading air ambulance provider in the United States. As a Coordinator, Clinical Education, you will coordinate and deliver clinical education programs for internal personnel and support community outreach. Job Summary Under the direct supervision of the Manager of National Clinical Educational Standards, this role coordinates and delivers clinical education programs for staff, performing audits, and supporting training and outreach initiatives. Responsibilities Ensure coordination and delivery of required educational programs for new hires and existing personnel. Maintain active involvement in program‑wide EMS activities. Perform audits and verify employee educational requirement completion and documentation (travel required). Assist management with interviews and evaluations of potential new hires. Work closely with Program Medical Directors and CQI Committee for case review sessions and ad‑hoc presentations. Maintain requirements for active flight status and may periodically function as a primary flight crew member or third‑party observer if applicable. Qualifications At least 1 year (preferably 3 years) of flight experience and current licensure (RN, EMT‑P, or RRT). Bachelor’s degree preferred. Current specialty certification preferred (CFRN, FP‑C, RRT); otherwise must be completed within 24 months of hire. Certified instructor in ITLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP strongly preferred. Excellent writing, speaking, and interpersonal communication skills. Leadership skills and ability to relate to clinical (EMS) staff. Computer literate with above‑average software proficiency. Must pass a pre‑placement drug test and background screen. Position designated Safety Sensitive for the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act.
