In this full-time role, you’ll serve as a Special Education Resource Teacher for grades K-5 at a respected elementary school. You’ll support students in reaching their full potential while collaborating with staff passionate about inclusive education.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Minnesota teaching license with dual certification in Special Education (license PDF must accompany application)
• Experience as a Special Education Teacher required
• Demonstrated ability to manage diverse student caseloads and tailor instructional strategies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans for students with varying needs
• Provide resource support across K-5 classrooms
