Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of a fully remote work setting, allowing you to provide support from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a thorough outpatient practice. You will have the ability to participate in regular team meetings and case consultations through video conferencing platforms, ensuring a collaborative approach to client care. Our work hours are typically Monday through Friday, between 9 AM and 4 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate varying patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health history and current presenting issues using evidence-based practices.

• Tailor and implement personalized treatment plans by utilizing therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other effective methodologies suited to the client’s unique needs.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and quality of care.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with fellow clinicians, including psychiatrists and psychological specialists, to refine treatment strategies and foster high-quality, integrated mental health care.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available resources within the community.

• Participate in regular professional development through case consultations and peer review meetings to stay current on best practices and evolving research in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Stone Point, you will work with a diverse client population, including adolescents and adults who face various challenges such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Our approach emphasizes the importance of individualized care, ensuring that each client's unique background, circumstances, and therapeutic needs are addressed.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.

• In-depth understanding of solution-focused and evidence-based psychotherapy techniques.

• Strong communication and relational skills, allowing you to effectively foster client relationships and work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n
