Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient requirements and craft individualized therapy strategies that facilitate the attainment of their functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Strategies: Employ research-supported techniques to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and everyday living tasks.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Engage with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and their caregivers on therapeutic methods to ensure sustained progress at home.
• Document and Evaluate Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment approaches as necessary, ensuring that patients remain on the right path.

Required Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Encouragement and support for continuous education and specialized certifications.

Certification Requirement

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
