Service Desk Technician

Providing after-hours support, the full-time Service Desk Technician will assist corporate clients via phone, email, and chat with troubleshooting various PC hardware and software applications, including Microsoft Operating Systems and Office products. Key responsibilities Provide technical support for issues related to Microsoft Operating Systems and Office products, handling 50-60 issues per day Utilize Active Directory to reset network passwords and assist users with network printer configurations Troubleshoot remote access connectivity problems and support mobile device configuration and email synchronization Required qualifications Trade School Certificate or Associate Degree in a related field At least 1 year of experience in a call center or service desk environment Knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10, and Office 365 support Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
