Role Overview Perform Level I Service Desk Technician duties, assist in creating Knowledge Base articles, and collaborate with development staff. Evaluate user requirements and workflows, and provide guidance and escalation support to Level I technicians. What You Will Do Perform all Level I Service Desk Technician duties, assist in creating Knowledge Base articles, collaborate with development staff, work with operations staff, and provide guidance and escalation support. Why It Might Be a Fit Minimum 4 years of IT Help Desk experience, experience in Help Desk Administration and User Support, and CompTIA A+ Certification.
