Functioning as an internal consultant and subject‑matter expert, you will lead and shape high‑impact business initiatives, driving value through advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy, managing large and complex projects while providing strategic input that influences business priorities. What You’ll Do Serve as an internal consultant by providing strategic input to shape initiative direction, business priorities, and long‑term planning Break down complex and ambiguous business challenges by identifying key issues, risks, and drivers of value Anticipate market and business trends to proactively surface risks and opportunities Prepare clear, structured, and compelling materials for senior leadership, including presentations, summaries, and recommendations Synthesize complex findings into executive‑level narratives that influence decision‑making Serve as a trusted advisor and subject‑matter expert for leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders Introduce new frameworks, tools, and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness Advanced Analysis & Insight Development Conduct complex quantitative and qualitative analysis, including financial modeling, pricing, data analysis, and competitive and market research Translate data and research into clear, practical, and actionable insights that inform strategic decisions Monitor market trends and competitor performance to guide proactive strategy adjustments Cross‑Functional Collaboration Build strong partnerships across departments to align priorities and drive execution Advise stakeholders and influence project outcomes through data‑driven insights and strategic perspective Provide clarity and direction in ambiguous situations, supporting and advising team members Manage large, complex, and high‑impact projects across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals Lead multiple concurrent initiatives, defining scope, managing risks, and ensuring successful delivery Coordinate across teams to drive progress, remove obstacles, and maintain alignment Mentor junior team members by guiding problem‑solving approaches, analytical rigor, and communication skills Act as a resource and coach, helping others navigate ambiguity and execute effectively Qualifications Don’t let the “Desired Experience” below discourage you from applying. Experience & Education 6+ years of professional experience in management consulting, finance, corporate strategy, or related analytical roles Problem Solving & Strategic Thinking Demonstrated ability to operate independently on complex and ambiguous problems Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify key issues, form hypotheses, and develop clear points of view Proven ability to balance deep analytical detail with big‑picture strategic thinking Strong financial modeling and data visualization capabilities, price modeling preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to learn new tools quickly Communication Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights and recommendations Demonstrated ability to provide clarity and direction in situations with limited guidance Fluency in Mandarin and/or Spanish is a plus Physical Demands & Requirements Physical Effort Occasional to frequent lifting and carrying of up to 50 lbs. Position involves a combination of stationary work and frequent movement throughout the facility and across multiple levels.
