SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY Direct Care staff to provide care, safety and welfare services to foster care adults in a residential setting. Initiate and provide supervision of resident's chore, light meal prep, and complete daily communication log. Provide effective and ongoing supervision of residents on all floors inside and outside of facility. Provides services for adults, ensuring all adults receive care and services as determined in individualized plans. CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE High school diploma/GED and one year experience working in a direct care facility/residential or AA/BA in Human Service field.
