Now Hiring Direct Care Workers (DCW) – Pathlight Community Services – Dexter Location At Pathlight Community Services , we are dedicated to providing Quality Services for Quality of Life . Our mission is to support individuals in overcoming life’s challenges by offering quality housing and care services to marginalized adult populations. We are currently seeking compassionate Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to join our team at our Dexter location . What We Offer: Competitive Pay : Starting at $17.05/hour , with an increase to $17.55/hour after successful completion of training. $500 Sign-On Bonus : $250 after completing 30 days or 120 hours of employment. An additional $250 after completing all required training and becoming part of the staffing ratio. Full-Time Employee Benefits include: Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance Short/Long-Term Disability Accidental and Life Insurance 401(k) with a 3% Match (after a year of employment). Paid Time Off (PTO) Position Availability: Part-time position available for Weekends (7 a.m. - 3 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.). Key Responsibilities: Provide compassionate care and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness in a small group home setting . Assist with meal preparation , serving, and overall dining support. Administer medications as per prescribed guidelines. Engage residents in fun activities to promote socialization and well-being.
