Senior Product Marketing Manager

Lynch Regenerative Medicine is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Product Manager, to lead marketing efforts for our flagship brands ariessence ® REGRANEX® and GEM 21S®. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive brand growth across healthcare professional (HCP) and consumer audiences. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies for ariessence, REGRANEX, and GEM 21S distribution aligned with business objectives Lead annual brand planning, forecasting inputs, and lifecycle management initiatives Drive positioning, messaging, and value proposition development for HCP and patient audiences Analyze performance data and market trends to optimize marketing effectiveness Oversee creation and deployment of omnichannel marketing campaigns (digital, print, field enablement) Manage development of HCP and consumer-facing promotional materials, including websites, social media, and patient education resources Ensure all materials are compliant with regulatory, legal, and medical guidelines Lead digital engagement strategy, including website optimization, paid media, and social media initiatives Partner with agencies to deliver targeted and measurable campaigns Manage external agencies and vendors (creative, media, digital) to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Sales, Market Access, and Operations Support sales team through development of tools, training materials, and field insights Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive dynamics, and emerging trends Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare providers Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Strategic thinking with strong execution skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High level of ownership and accountabilityCollaborative leadership style REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred Minimum 3+ years of product management experience in prescription pharmaceuticals Experience in wound care, regenerative medicine, or related therapeutic area strongly preferred Proven track record of managing brand initiatives and delivering measurable results Strong understanding of FDA promotional requirements and regulatory environment Experience managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; advanced degree #J-18808-Ljbffr
