Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus. Significant experience in insights, analytics, strategy, consulting, or related functions. Proven ability to transform complex data and research into actionable business strategies. Strong business acumen with experience supporting portfolio growth, innovation, or category strategy. Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across cross‑functional teams. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a talent for bringing insights to life. Experience in consumer‑focused industries, preferably CPG or retail. What Will Be Your Key Responsibilities? Serve as the strategic insights partner to the Portfolio Growth Team, guiding growth priorities and decision‑making. Identify opportunities and risks by integrating consumer, shopper, category, competitive, and market insights. Translate insights into clear recommendations that shape portfolio strategy, innovation, and growth plans. Lead the portfolio learning agenda and connect insights across teams to build a cohesive growth narrative. Drive recommendations through execution and measure business impact. Collaborate across marketing, category, finance, and insights teams to embed consumer‑led thinking throughout the business. Influence senior leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders by providing strategic perspectives that shape key business decisions.
