Administrative Assistant I

Mindlance

Administrative Assistant This position provides comprehensive administrative support to multiple Director-level leaders across various locations. The role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage competing priorities, support diverse stakeholders, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: Calendar management and meeting coordination Expense management and reporting Track, manage, and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely follow-up and completion Manage meeting logistics, including scheduling, materials, and follow-ups Conduct special projects and studies, providing insights and recommendations Required Skills & Qualifications: Highly detail-oriented and exceptionally well-organized with strong follow-through Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision Advanced proficiency in: SAP Concur (expense management) Outlook Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience supporting Director-level or senior leadership Preferred Attributes: Proactive, self-starter ("go-getter") mindset Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills EEO: "Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans."
