At Goods Electric, Heating & Air , you'll run your own fully equipped service truck, maintain residential heating and cooling systems, and be supported by experienced technicians who want to see you succeed. This isn't just a maintenance job. It's a path to becoming a skilled HVAC Service Technician.What You'll Do
- Perform residential HVAC maintenance and safety inspections.
- Identify equipment concerns and communicate solutions to homeowners.
- Recognize when additional diagnostics or repairs are needed.
- Deliver friendly, professional service that earns customer trust.
- Build your diagnostic and repair skills through hands-on coaching.
