Along with our competitive base salary, this role offers highly lucrative, uncapped commission potential and an uncapped tiered bonus structure paid out monthly, allowing sellers to significantly increase earnings with no ceiling.
In this role, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service within our Personal Lines business by combining human connection with modern, tech-enabled solutions. Support clients with confidence and care, ensuring their personal insurance needs are understood and addressed. Handle inbound and outbound sales activity focused on small business accounts, leveraging qualified leads provided by Gallagher. Leverage Gallagher's digital tools, systems, and evolving technologies to streamline processes and enhance client experience. Collaborate closely with teammates and leaders in a fast-moving environment where ideas are welcomed, and innovation is encouraged. About You
Required qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of relevant insurance experience. P&C Insurance licensing required. Preferred: Exceptional communication skills, adaptability, continuous improvement mindset, team player, tech-savvy curiosity.
