Role Overview

Apply your IT leadership experience to help train next generation AI systems through high quality, real world technical input. You will contribute expertise from IT strategy, systems architecture, infrastructure operations, security, vendor management, and technical team leadership to help improve how AI tools learn, reason, and perform. No previous AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

Provide detailed input on IT strategy, systems architecture planning, and infrastructure optimization scenarios.
Evaluate vendor management and procurement challenges, with attention to collaboration and system integration.
Share practical examples and recommendations related to security compliance, risk mitigation, and regulatory standards.
Review proposed IT solutions and identify architectural or implementation gaps and improvement opportunities.
Contribute best practices for technical team leadership, knowledge transfer, and skills development.
Provide feedback on documentation, workflows, and process designs to improve clarity, feasibility, and operational efficiency.
Participate in structured discussions and written assignments that inform AI tools for IT professionals.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience as an IT Manager or Systems Manager, including leadership of technical teams or management of enterprise scale infrastructure.
Expertise in IT strategy, systems architecture, and technology roadmapping.
Experience with vendor management, contract evaluation, and third party solution integration.
In depth knowledge of security compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR, along with risk management practices.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly in writing and verbally.
Experience mentoring or coaching IT professionals and supporting organizational best practices.
Ability to assess documentation, workflows, and processes from a holistic IT management perspective.

Work Terms

Remote independent contractor engagement.

Compensation

$60 to $75 per hour.
