Registered Nurse (RN) - Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

This position requires the ability to provide care in an intensive care setting. The staff member must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development throughout the life span. An understanding of how to assess data reflective of the patient's status is essential. It is important to interpret the necessary information to identify each patient's requirements. The role involves providing care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient groups. Customer focus is critical, emphasizing professional behavior and effective communication. The individual will promote safety and respect within the patient environment. Teamwork should be enhanced through effective role modeling and support.
