Pediatrics Opening in OR Located in La Grande, OR Position Highlights:
- Join a collaborative team of 4 physicians and 1 nurse practitioner
- Outpatient Rural Health Clinic
- Tier 4 Patient-Centered Medical Home
- Four 10-hour days per week
- Average 15-20 patients per day
- 1:4 call, currently shared among 4 physicians
- Scribe provided for providers averaging 15+ patients per day
- Behavioral health and lab services on-site
- 1:1 medical support staff
- Full-time, permanent position
- Epic EMR
- New graduates welcome Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive total compensation opportunity of $305,000+
- RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold
- Quality incentives up to $30,000 annually
- $40,000 commencement bonus
- $8,000 annual allowance for CME, licensing, dues, and subscriptions
