Job Title: Full-Time Vehicle Salesperson / Product Specialist Level: Experienced Location: Redondo Beach, CA Salary Range: $50,000.00 – $100,000.00 Base + Commission per year Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM. Days Off: Sunday & Monday. What You’ll Be Doing Deliver exceptional, personalized customer experiences in the showroom. Guide new and returning riders through their buying journey with confidence. Stay current on all product knowledge through OEM training & certifications. Log every lead and customer interaction in the CRM. Support the showroom team with inventory movement and merchandising. Work closely with the sales team and managers to achieve monthly goals. Benefits Hourly pay plus uncapped commission. Average annual earnings between $50,000 and $100,000; top performers exceed this.
