• Communication & Professionalism: Professional, presentable, and well-spoken with excellent verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with team members and clients.

• Technical Skills: Tech-savvy and highly proficient with Microsoft 365 applications, with demonstrated expertise in Excel.

• Logistics & Sales Mindset: strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving abilities, and comfort managing logistics schedules alongside customer-facing sales tasks.

• Reliability: strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and a desire to transition into a long-term, full-time role.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Logistics & Freight Coordination: Manage daily shipping operations, schedule freight carriers, track shipments, and ensure accurate documentation for incoming and outgoing products.

• Inside Sales Support: Assist customers with product inquiries, order updates, and sales requests while maintaining strong professional relationships.

• Operational Execution: Support daily office workflow, maintain inventory and order logs, and collaborate across departments to resolve operational bottlenecks.

• Administrative & Data Management: Utilize Microsoft 365 daily to log data, maintain spreadsheets, track orders, and handle general business correspondence.
