Big Bolt LLC is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support our fast-paced manufacturing operation.For nearly 50 years, Big Bolt has been a trusted manufacturer of specialty fasteners, delivering high-quality custom products with industry-leading turnaround times. In this role, you will help ensure that materials and shipments move efficiently while supporting our Purchasing, Shipping, Receiving, Production, and Sales teams.What You'll DoCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments to help ensure accurate, on-time deliveriesServe as the primary internal expeditor between Purchasing, Shipping, Receiving, Production, and SalesPrepare, review, and maintain Bills of Lading and other shipping documentationInvestigate and resolve UPS claims, delivery concerns, and freight-related issuesMaintain accurate shipping and inventory records in NetSuite ERPAssist with month-end inventory and shipping activities, including inventory adjustmentsIdentify and resolve logistics issues that could affect production or customer ordersHelp improve shipping processes and overall operational efficiencyWhat We're Looking ForAt least two years of experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse operationsExperience preparing and reviewing Bills of LadingStrong verbal and written communication skillsBasic Microsoft Excel skillsExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working in a high-volume manufacturing or warehouse settingPositive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-first mindsetPreferred QualificationsBilingual in English and SpanishPrevious manufacturing or warehouse experienceNetSuite ERP experienceWork EnvironmentThis position is performed in a manufacturing and warehouse setting.
