Our claim is clear: excellent service and genuine hospitality. Your role You are the face of our hotel . At the front desk, you ensure that our guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive. You will take care of guest requests, coordinate processes at the reception desk, and support our team with daily front office tasks. Your responsibilities Reception and care of our guests Check-in and check-out of hotel guests Answering guest questions on site, by phone, or by email Assistance with reservations and bookings Organization and coordination of day-to-day reception duties Close cooperation with housekeeping, technical, and event teams General organizational tasks in the front office What you should bring with you Enjoy working with people Very good knowledge of German, knowledge of English an advantage Reliable and structured approach to work Basic computer skills Willingness to work on weekends Experience in hotels, catering, or service is helpful—but not essential.
