Regional Sales Manager Germany / South (m/f/d)

Regional Sales Manager Germany / South (m/f/d) Responsibilities Assuring consistent sales growth and achievement of sales targets in the assigned territory by identifying opportunities and gaining new business while maintaining existing business. Achieve territory sales & profitability targets; carry out sales calls, perform account targeting, and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential customers. Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the assigned territory. Complete and submit timely administrative tasks such as customer record keeping (CRM), rolling forecasts, monthly reporting, expenses, etc., in line with Bentley’s business standards. Manage consignment and selection stock and demo requests. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, key accounts and key opinion leaders within the territory. Represent the company in a professional manner aligned with the company image, ensuring activities comply with national and international legal and ethical standards. Qualifications At least 3 years of relevant industry experience in the (endo-)vascular field of AI (Aortic Intervention) and a comprehensive understanding of sales processes for medical devices; must reside within the designated sales territory. Degree in business administration, biological or life sciences, or an equivalent qualification such as medical training with specialization in the endovascular field, combined with several years of sales experience. Proven track record of medical device sales / clinical sales. Established end‑user network in Germany within the vascular field. Excellent communication skills and business acumen. Sales‑oriented person who can effectively turn leads into sales. Experience in the development and management of the sales network and marketing activities. Ability to contribute to the further development of products, processes and procedures through feedback discussions with customers. Fluency in German and English (business level); additional languages are an asset.
