Patient Concierge & Front Desk Specialist

Thomas Eye Group seeks a compassionate Front Office Associate to warmly greet patients, process check-ins/outs, and support smooth operations at the front desk. You will schedule appointments, verify insurance, collect payments, and enter accurate data into the EHR, while maintaining HIPAA-compliant interactions in a fast-paced medical office. Experience in customer service and knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 codes is preferred; MS Word/Excel and familiarity with EHRs are assets. #J-18808-Ljbffr
