$80,000 - $140,000 per year Uncapped Commission + Residual Income

This role offers strong earning potential through an uncapped commission structure, monthly bonuses, and residual income.

About the Role

TF Partners Inc is hiring a motivated Territory Sales Executive to serve the Greensboro, NC area. This outside B2B sales position offers advancement opportunities and the ability to make a meaningful impact by helping businesses provide affordable supplemental benefits to their employees.

This role is ideal for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrive in a relationship-driven sales environment.

What You'll Do

Build relationships with business owners, general managers, and HR directors
Present customized supplemental benefit solutions
Prospect and develop new accounts within your assigned territory
Clearly explain benefit options with professionalism and integrity
Participate in ongoing sales training and leadership development
Support and mentor developing team members
Manage your schedule with flexibility and independence

No two days are the same - you'll meet new people daily while growing your territory and income.
