Schedule : M-F / 8 hours daily / 12 month position

Applicants for this position must meet the following criteria:

Possess a high school diploma or its equivalent.
Demonstrate excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate well with staff and the school community.
Possess strong organizational, time management, and deadline-tracking skills.
Experience with ticketing systems, documentation, and a drive for continuous process improvement.
Working knowledge of standard office software, basic financial tasks (invoicing/reconciliation), and tech support tracking.
Must meet the physical requirements of the role, including light lifting (up to 30 lbs) and ladder usage.
