We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team in Pleasanton, CA . The ideal candidate will be versatile, flexible and skilled at adapting to meet each day’s priorities. Excellent client service is the priority at Krazan. Key Responsibilities: Taking incoming phone calls from clients, contractors and other consultants Assisting the Operations Manager Distributes reports via email and US postal mail Filing, data entry, typing, etc. Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of administrative experience Construction industry or related field a plus Computer skills with MS Office Suite, Adobe, and Outlook* Type minimum 40+ wpm Excellent written & verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize daily work Excellent customer service skills Krazan promotes a drug/alcohol-free work environment and requires mandatory pre-employment drug testing.
