Clinical Manager

SpineSearch is working with a growing pain management and spine practice in Palm Beach County. They are seeking a Clinical Manager to join their team. The Clinical Manager is a highly experienced clinical leader who governs medical compliance, patient safety, staff competencies, and quality care delivery. This is an active, floor-based leadership role—not a \"behind-the-scenes\" or \"sit-in-the-office\" position. The ideal candidate leads by example and is fully expected to step into rotation, cover clinical gaps, and support the team directly on the floor whenever necessary. Key Responsibilities Active Floor Leadership & Workflow Coordination Lead from the front: Supervise, mentor, and direct all MAs, triage lines, lab techs, and collaborates with the Practice Administrator for check-out staff efficiencies. Must be willing and ready to pull on scrubs, cover roles, and support the team during peak volumes or staffing shortages. Optimize patient flow: Govern the entire clinical flow, room rotations, and check-out processes. Partner with the X-Ray Supervisor and Practice Administrator to eliminate bottlenecks between check-in and check-out. Provider & operational support: Serve as the primary operational resource for physicians and APPs. Ensure clinical encounters are signed, orders are executed (DME, surgery, injections, imaging, RX, RPM), and provider needs are met. Quality, Compliance & Risk Management Enforce medical guidelines: Guarantee strict clinical adherence to OSHA, HIPAA, CDC, and state/federal regulations across all treatment and procedure suites. Own clinical compliance: Lead quality improvement initiatives, conduct regular medical chart audits for accuracy, investigate incidents, and manage peer review processes. Staff Competency & Performance ManagementDrive clinical HR: Oversee the hiring, hands-on onboarding, clinical training, scheduling and ongoing skill assessments for all clinical support staff. Track clinical productivity: Monitor provider encounter completion speeds, ordering accuracy, and clinical outcome metrics. Resolve clinical grievances: Investigate and resolve patient clinical complaints regarding care delivery or medical interactions in partnership with the Practice Administrator. Medical Procurement & BudgetingManage supply lines: Formulate and oversee the medical supply, pharmaceutical, to ensure optimal inventory without waste collaborating with the Xray Supervisor and Procedure Room. Required Qualifications Experience: Minimum 10 years of clinical experience, with at least 3 years in a healthcare supervisory, quality assurance, or clinical director role. Clinical Background: Must have direct, hands-on experience as a Medical Assistant or similar clinical role. Specialty Preferred: Prior experience in an Orthopedics or Pain Management private medical practice is highly preferred.
