About the Job Now Hiring: Corporate Office Facilities Assistant Onsite - Irving, TX Contract to Hire $18-19/hr Imprimis Group has partnered with an elite client seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Corporate Office Facilities Assistant to support daily operations at a fast-paced corporate headquarters. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the center of office activity-balancing front desk responsibilities, administrative support, facilities coordination, and mailroom management. What You'll Do:
- Serve as the front desk point of contact for visitors, employees, and clients.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, data entry, and document preparation.
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and inventory.
- Assist with new hire onboarding and internal culture initiatives.
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations, maintenance coordination, and safety compliance.
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, package distribution, and shipment tracking.
- 2+ years of corporate office or facilities experience, hospitality preferred.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced).
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a "can-do" attitude.
