Business Analyst

Salary: $50,000 - 53,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 5 years of development experience with Salesforce Lightning
• Proficiency in Salesforce cloud computing
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira
• Understanding of integrations with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud
• Proficiency in structured programming languages such as Apex, .NET, Java, and SOA
• Strong knowledge of data warehouses, multiple database platforms, and ETL processes
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality results under tight deadlines
• Self-motivation, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn new technologies

• Partner with our Digital CRM Product Team to gather business and system requirements
• Support the delivery of requirements for CRM platform development
• Collaborate with management and development teams to complete project deliverables
• Balance multiple priorities and deliver quality results within tight deadlines
• Work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment

We are hiring a Business Analyst for a banking client in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a hybrid, contract-to-hire role with an expected duration of 12 months or more, working Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The hourly pay range is $50–$53, with actual compensation varying according to location, market conditions, experience, and qualifications.
