Role Overview: As a registered nurse, you will contribute your professional nursing knowledge and skills to provide and manage patient care through the application of the nursing process. Key Responsibilities Assess patient status via interviews, observations, and physical evaluations. Develop individualized care plans collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Implement appropriate interventions to achieve desired patient outcomes. Evaluate and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed. Operate and troubleshoot medical equipment, perform bedside lab testing, and ensure quality control. Share clinical knowledge, mentor peers, and participate in patient education tailored to age-specific needs. Coordinate interdisciplinary care, communicate effectively with team members, and advocate for patients. Maintain documentation, adhere to safety protocols, and support quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Valid RN license and BLS certification (within 30 days).
