Responsibilities include: Assessing patient status through interviews, observations, and physical exams. Developing individualized care plans collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare team. Implementing interventions to achieve expected outcomes and documenting progress. Evaluating patient responses, modifying care plans as needed, and troubleshooting equipment issues. Sharing clinical knowledge through informal teaching and coordinating interdisciplinary care. Performing bedside lab tests, ensuring patient safety, and utilizing resources for problem-solving. Prioritizing work based on patient needs, collaborating for task organization, and providing shift reports. Advocating for patients, utilizing communication strategies, and educating patients and families. Participating in quality improvement initiatives, data collection, and process enhancements. Qualifications & Skills: Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with active license as per local regulations. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days. Educational credentials: Nursing diploma or college diploma in nursing. Technical proficiency with medical equipment and troubleshooting skills.
