PRN Hospice RN Case Manager: Work-Life Balance
Suncrest Hospice
Suncrest Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse to care for patients on a PRN (as needed) basis. You will visit patients in private homes, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and assisted living facilities, delivering compassionate hospice care. You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team, performing psych-social assessments and coordinating with community resources to support patients and families. A valid Ohio RN license and reliable transportation are required to travel across the service area. #J-18808-Ljbffr Suncrest Hospice
