A hospice care organization in Cincinnati is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse Case Manager to oversee hospice care. This role involves comprehensive assessments of patients and developing care plans with family involvement. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited nursing school with two years of acute care and home care experience. Responsibilities also include coordinating care and providing nursing support, ensuring optimal comfort and emotional support for patients and their families.
