Job Description Job Description The Certified Medical Assistant role involves performing clinical and administrative tasks to support healthcare providers and ensure efficient patient care. Candidates must have completed an accredited Medical Assistant program or possess relevant certifications and clinical experience. The role requires strong clinical skills, certification credentials, and a commitment to maintaining patient safety and quality service standards. Responsibilities * Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures * Prepare and maintain patient records and documentation accurately * Perform clinical tasks such as taking vital signs and administering injections * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations * Maintain equipment and clinical supplies * Coordinate patient flow and manage appointment scheduling * Demonstrate effective communication and patient interaction skills Required Qualifications: FOR MEDICAL ASSISTANT CANDIDATES (your candidate must meet all of the following requirements): * High School graduate or equivalent (i.e. GED) - (Required) * Graduate of a Medical Assistant program accredited by a recognized accrediting organization (i.e. ABHES or CAAHEP accredited Medical Assistant program - OR Graduate of a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) program accredited by a national health services organization (i.e. American Medical Technologists) with on the job experience and passing the RMA Certification exam. - (Required)(Document) * Previous experience in a clinical setting - (Required) * Current BLS Certification - (Required) (Document) FOR LPN CANDIDATES (your candidate must meet all of the following requirements): * Nursy's must state Active Minnesota/PN license at time of submission - (Required)(Document) * Previous experience in a clinical setting - (Required) * Current BLS Certification - (Required) (Document) ~DW Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
