About the Role

The Company is seeking an EVP of Franchise Operations to join their Executive Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be a key driver of franchisee performance, operational excellence, and system-wide revenue growth within the national franchise network. This role involves overseeing all franchisee-facing functions that impact unit economics, including operations, performance coaching, analytics, franchise support, and local marketing enablement. The EVP will be responsible for developing and executing scalable strategies to improve franchisee profitability, strengthen operational consistency, and enhance the client experience. Essential functions include executive leadership, franchise system operations, performance and revenue optimization, franchisee engagement, and support, as well as growth, expansion, and market optimization. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' leadership experience in franchising, with a preference for those in service-based industries. The role requires a deep understanding of franchise business models, experience in managing field operations teams, and a proven track record of improving franchisee unit economics and operational performance. The ideal candidate will have advanced financial modeling skills, be adept at using data analytics for decision-making, and have a strong background in leading change management initiatives. A Bachelor's degree is required, and the candidate should demonstrate the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results through influence and relationship-building.
