Job Description

My Gym is currently hiring a children's fitness coach/instructor. In addition to teaching, you will be responsible for helping meet monthly team goals. If you like working with a team, My Gym is a place for you. Our team members making working feel like playing.

Position Requirements

• Ability to work hard and play hard, including some weekends would be nice.
• Highly energetic
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
• Experience working with children
• Background in fitness (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, or related field)
• Effective leadership and motivational skills
• Effective time management
• Adept sales skills
• Clean background check

Compensation

The average trained staff member earns $13 to $18 per hour in the Gym with opportunities to earn as much as $30 per hour.
