As a Bridal Alterations Assist and Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience for brides during their alteration process. You will assist with alterations, support fittings, and provide exceptional customer service to meet and exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to bridal clients
- Assist with bridal alterations and fittings
- Schedule and manage client appointments efficiently
- Take accurate measurements for alteration purposes
- Coordinate alteration processes between clients and seamstresses
- Conduct client consultations to understand alteration needs
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Basic knowledge of sewing techniques
