- Product Strategy, Roadmap & Prioritization
- Data-Driven Automation & AI Enablement
- Governance, Vendor Management & Stakeholder Engagement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow, ITSM, Product Ownership, or Digital Transformation roles.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and ITSM processes.
- Experience with:
- Incident Management
- Request Management
- Problem Management
- Change Management
- Knowledge Management
- Hands-on exposure to ServiceNow AI and automation capabilities.
- Experience defining product roadmaps and prioritization frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience evaluating and managing vendors and implementation partners.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow CSA Certification.
- ServiceNow CIS-ITSM Certification.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Knowledge of Generative AI and Enterprise AI governance frameworks.
- ITIL Foundation or ITIL Managing Professional certification.
- Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow transformation programs.
- Experience in enterprise service desk modernization initiatives.
- Familiarity with CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management, and Service Catalog.
