Required Skills
- 8 to 10 years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, ServiceNow implementations, process documentation, agile delivery, and stakeholder management.
- Strong ServiceNow BA or Product Owner experience.
- Experience gathering requirements for ServiceNow SIR, SecOps, ITSM, or security operations processes.
- Strong understanding of agile user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog management, and sprint-based delivery.
- Ability to convert business needs into clear configuration-ready requirements.
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience documenting process flows, operating procedures, user guides, and KT materials.
- Understanding of security incident response concepts and operational handoffs.
- Strong attention to evidence, traceability, and SDLC compliance.
Education Required:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
