Manager of Preclinical Studies

Qualifications and Responsibilities Experience conducting mouse experiments, including handling, dosing (tail vein, gavage, intraperitoneal), and tumor model studies Strong knowledge of AAALAC requirements, vivarium operations, and HVAC, lighting, and alarm systems Ability to manage IACUC compliance and serve as liaison to the committee Skilled in performing non‑radioactive and radioactive experiments with mice Proficient in maintaining cell culture lines and preparing tumor cells for injection Experience writing SOPs, work instructions, and regulatory documentation Capable of performing immunofluorescence and immunohistochemistry on tumor samples Ability to collaborate with IT to implement electronic animal records and ensure traceability Salary $100,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
