Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone Orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Job Overview

The LMS Integration & Analytics Manager plays a critical role in enabling the global learning technology ecosystem across Orthopedics. Working closely with the LMS & Learning Platforms manager, this position will lead the execution and integration of learning platforms, systems, and data while establishing a consistent approach to measuring education effectiveness. The role will partner closely with Global Commercial Education and Professional Education teams to define meaningful KPIs, develop reporting and dashboards, and enable education leaders to understand learner engagement, program effectiveness, and business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution and integration of LMS and learning technology platforms in partnership with IT, education teams, and technology vendors.

• Translate business and technology requirements into integration plans, workflows, data requirements, and actionable implementation activities.

• Partner closely with the LMS & Learning Platform Manager to execute the global learning technology strategy and future-state roadmap.

• Lead cross-functional efforts with Global Commercial Education and Professional Education to define, prioritize, and standardize KPIs for measuring education effectiveness.

• Establish measurement frameworks that connect education objectives to meaningful learner, behavioral, and business outcomes.

• Develop dashboards and reporting solutions that enable education teams and leaders to monitor participation, engagement, learning outcomes, application, and program effectiveness.

• Partner with education stakeholders to interpret data, identify trends and opportunities, and translate insights into actions to improve education programs.

• Establish data standards, reporting processes, and governance to enable consistent measurement across regions and business units.

• Coordinate implementation activities including requirements, issue resolution, launch readiness, and ongoing optimization in partnership with IT team.

• Influence stakeholders across global Commercial Education, Professional Education, IT, and other functions to drive alignment and adoption of common processes, metrics, and technology solutions.

• Develop scalable processes, documentation, and best practices to support consistent use of learning technology and measurement capabilities globally.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, Education, Technology, or a related field required.

• Master’s degree preferred.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

• Experience leading technology implementations, systems integrations, analytics, or complex cross-functional initiatives.

• Experience working with LMS, learning technology, enterprise systems, or related platforms.

• Strong experience with data, analytics, reporting, and performance measurement, including development of dashboards or reporting solutions.

• Proven ability to translate business needs into technology, data, and reporting requirements.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across a complex, global, matrixed organization without direct authority.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build alignment across groups with different priorities and perspectives.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights and recommendations.

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and business audiences.

Preferred:

• Experience with LMS/LXP integrations, APIs, data feeds, or enterprise system integrations.

• Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

• Experience developing KPIs or measurement frameworks for learning, education, commercial effectiveness, or professional education.

• Experience partnering with education, commercial, sales, or professional education organizations.

• Experience in healthcare, MedTech, life sciences, or another regulated industry.

• Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design, or learning analytics.

• Experience working with technology vendors or implementation partners.

• Certifications: Relevant certifications in project management, analytics, technology, or learning technology preferred.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$102,000.00 - $177,100.00
