We’re seeking a compassionate, experienced Clinical Supervisor to provide leadership, coaching, and clinical oversight to a team of therapists serving youth and families across school-based, community-based, and residential settings. Meaningful Work Help shape the clinical services that support children and families facing challenges such as: Anxiety and depression Trauma and grief Self-harm and emotional regulation concerns Behavioral challenges and aggression Family and community-based mental health needs Leadership Opportunity Supervise and mentor a team of clinicians Support professional growth and development Influence clinical practices and program outcomes Collaborate with schools, community agencies, and behavioral health partners Mission-Driven Culture Join an organization committed to: Exceptional service Equity, diversity, and inclusion Trauma-responsive care Professional excellence Innovation and continuous improvement What You’ll Do As the Clinical Supervisor, you will: Clinical Leadership & Staff Development Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and reflective supervision to therapists Assist with hiring, onboarding, and staff development Conduct performance evaluations and support professional growth Promote clinician wellness and a trauma-informed work environment Program Oversight & Quality Assurance Ensure adherence to evidence-based practices and agency standards Review and approve clinical documentation, reports, and treatment plans Monitor caseloads, service delivery, and program outcomes Support compliance with contractual, licensing, and regulatory requirements Collaboration & Community Engagement Partner with schools, residential teams, and community organizations Build strong relationships with Kent School Services Network and other stakeholders Strengthen care coordination and service integration for youth and families Direct Clinical Support Maintain a clinical caseload as needed Provide guidance on assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and family engagement Support clinicians in delivering culturally responsive, strengths-based services What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field Active Michigan clinical licensure required Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and families Knowledge of trauma-informed and evidence-based treatment approaches Experience supervising, mentoring, or developing clinical staff Strong assessment, treatment planning, and crisis intervention skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record Preferred Experience School-based mental health services Community mental health or child welfare settings Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and community partners The Ideal Candidate You are a clinician and leader who: Inspires and develops others Thrives in collaborative environments Maintains composure in high-pressure situations Demonstrates integrity and accountability Values diversity, equity, inclusion, and cultural responsiveness Believes in the power of family-centered care and community partnerships Our Commitment to Inclusion At D.A.
