Human Resources Coordinator

They are currently looking to add a Human Resources Coordinator to their team. Salary/Hourly Rate: $24/hr Position Overview: Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, payroll administration, and day-to-day HR operations while delivering excellent service to employees and candidates. Responsibilities of the Human Resources Coordinator: Support recruiting activities, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and coordinating candidate interviews. Assist with onboarding, new-hire orientation, and employee engagement initiatives. Maintain employee records and ensure accurate, confidential HR documentation. Support payroll, attendance tracking, benefits administration, and HR compliance processes. Provide administrative support and respond to employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures. Required Experience/Skills for the Human Resources Coordinator: Basic understanding of HR practices and office procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Professional demeanor with a willingness to learn and grow. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality. Education Requirements: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
