Operations / Finance Associate

Company Overview A leading technology-focused investment firm with over $17 billion in assets under management is seeking an Operations Associate to join their Boston team. The role offers unique exposure to both public and private fund operations within a high-performing and entrepreneurial environment. Job Responsibilities Review fund administrator NAV reporting, quarter-end investor statements, and quarterly financial statements Review capital call and distribution calculations and notices Assist in preparation of fund annual reports and annual fund audit Support ad-hoc marketing and compliance projects Manage accounts payable & expense processing, including coding, routing, and reconciling invoices Support month-end close, including preparing journal entries and reconciliations Maintain intercompany entries and expense allocations Review and help prepare marketing and investor presentation materials Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics Two to three years of accounting industry or fund operations experience Experience in hedge fund or private fund audit preferred Ability to leverage AI tools for workflow streamlining Experience or interest in data sourcing and analytics Coding or scripting experience (e.g., Python, SQL) is a plus Compensation Salary: $90,000 – $110,000, Plus Bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr Landing Point
