Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for an Interim Pharmacy Manager/Director to oversee pharmacy operations in a hospital setting. This leadership role requires managing inpatient pharmacy services and performing staffing duties as needed, ensuring smooth and efficient pharmacy functions.

Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Manage inpatient pharmacy operations to maintain compliance and quality standards
- Coordinate and oversee pharmacy staff, including scheduling and staffing as required
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care and medication management
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, safety regulations, and state licensing requirements
- Lead pharmacy teams in inventory control, medication distribution, and clinical activities
Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts pharmacist license
- Experience in hospital pharmacy settings, preferably with management or supervisory responsibilities
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle staffing needs effectively within a fast-paced inpatient environment
