Digital Transformation Project ManagerJoin the Knowledge Advancement and Insights (KAI) team to drive digital transformation and support organizational change management at a large biotech pharmaceutical leader. As a contractor, you will lead project management activities for a new digital application, shaping assets that accelerate the adoption of advanced tools and processes. This short-term position provides the opportunity to contribute directly to evolving how cross-functional teams operate.Location: Remote - Newbury Park, CAEmployment Type: Contingent Worker (Contract, W2)Contract Length: 2 months (possible extension)Compensation: $25/$28 per hour (based on experience)Key ResponsibilitiesProject manage the development and rollout of a new digital applicationOrganize and document user requirements in collaboration with stakeholdersFacilitate effective meetings and engage with product owners to define user storiesCreate change management communications, training materials, and adoption resourcesDevelop onboarding and upskilling assets for project management processesUtilize AI and digital technologies to optimize workflowsSupport the evolution of digital transformation and ways of working across teamsRequired Experience & SkillsExperience managing projects using Agile methodologies and JiraDemonstrated ability to develop training materials and digital processes (PDFs, videos, etc.)Strong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications5 or more years of direct experience in Project Management5 or more years of Agile or Jira experienceTop 3 Must Have Skills1. 5+ years of project management experience2. 5+ years of Agile or Jira experience3.
