Company Overview

Our paid media department manages performance campaigns across two distinct verticals: scaling DTC e-commerce brands ($1M–$3M ARR) and driving lead generation and digital sales for digital creators.

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical, numbers-driven Performance Media Buyer who takes complete ownership of their ad desk.

You will manage two core ad buying functions: setting up retargeting, prospecting, and Shopify-integrated campaigns for e-commerce brands, while building lead generation and sales funnel campaigns for creators. You are proactive, autonomous, and analytical—monitoring launch campaigns closely without needing leadership to prompt you, and providing actionable reports and budget recommendations based on real numbers.

Key Responsibilities

1. DTC E-Commerce Ad Management

• Campaign Execution: Setup, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and retargeting networks for DTC e-commerce clients.
• Shopify Integration: Connect pixel tracking, conversion APIs, and attribution tools through Shopify to monitor ROAS, CAC, and LTV accurately.
• Retargeting & Prospecting: Build structured funnel layers—prospecting broad audiences down to dynamic product retargeting.

2. Creator Lead Gen & Sales Campaigns

• Funnel Buying: Launch and optimize general awareness, lead generation, and direct sales ad campaigns for creator digital products, events, and launches.
• Launch Ownership: Actively monitor active launch campaigns in real-time, making proactive bid, audience, and creative adjustments without waiting for management follow-up.

3. Analytics, Reporting & Proactive Recommendations

• Data & Attribution Analysis: Analyze daily ad performance, CPA, ROAS, and attribution metrics across dashboards.
• Reporting & Strategy: Produce clear weekly performance summaries and present data-backed recommendations for creative iterations, audience testing, and budget reallocations.

Candidate Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on media buying experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and retargeting platforms.
• DTC & Shopify Expertise: Proven track record running media for DTC e-commerce brands ($1M+ ARR) with direct Shopify tracking and attribution experience.
• Analytical Mindset: A true "numbers person" who bases every media decision on data, ROAS, and unit economics.
• Proactive Desk Ownership: High agency—monitors ad performance continuously, identifies campaign fatigue early, and executes optimizations independently.
