Clinical Study Assistant

Assist clinical coordinators in preparing and executing clinical studies for beauty care, laundry, and adhesive products.

Prepare study documents and materials; ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete.

Interview study subjects and administer informed consent forms.

Collect and record data from clinical instrument readings; perform data entry and quality checks of clinical binders.

Prepare laboratory before and after clinical studies, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.

Communicate study instructions clearly to large groups of study participants.

Perform general lab duties including preparing lab coats, managing laundry, and using clinical/lab instruments.

Apply products to subjects as part of study protocols.

Train to use scientific scales for product weight measurement pre- and post-study.

Assist with hot room pad collection and washing subjects’ arms and legs as per study requirements.

Maintain flexibility in work schedule (25-30 hours/week, with occasional early morning or evening shifts).

Stand for 2-4 hours at a time while executing studies.

Utilize Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for data management and reporting.

Demonstrate strong communication, attention to detail, teamwork, and willingness to learn.

Support a positive, proactive, and detail-oriented work environment.
