Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Physical Therapist at Move Right Therapy, you will take on a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Collaborating closely with medical professionals and interdisciplinary team members to discuss patient histories, needs, and progress.
• Managing clinical outcomes effectively by identifying outlier cases, providing guidance and support to fellow therapists when needed.
• Streamlining clinical workflows to enhance patient processing, referral management, and appointment scheduling, ensuring customers remain informed and engaged throughout their care.
• Implementing personalized therapy plans for each patient, emphasizing early interventions and conducting thorough evaluations on the same day as the initial assessment.
• Demonstrating clinical accuracy through comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations, providing detailed interpretations of findings within the scope of your licensure.
• Conducting meticulous chart reviews and gathering relevant data to inform treatment decisions and track patient progress.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
