If you have a passion for helping others and a heart for caregiving, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene supportAssist clients with mobility, transfers, and fall preventionPrepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as neededPerform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe home environmentOffer companionship and emotional support to clients and their familiesMonitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisorsAssist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plansRequirements:Minimum 1-2 years of professional caregiving, home health aide, or CNA experienceGenuine compassion, patience, and reliability when working with elderly or disabled clientsAbility to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal careStrong communication skills and ability to follow detailed care plansValid ID and ability to pass a background checkCPR/First Aid certification preferredReliable transportation and ability to commute to client homes in the Chicago North areaAssisting Hands of Chicago North is a trusted in-home care provider dedicated to helping seniors and individuals with disabilities live independently and with dignity.
